Is this only for older people?
No. Parents and grandparents are targeted, but the fastest-growing group is working adults in their thirties and forties, because they have money, they move fast, and they answer messages during meetings.
I already know about scams. Is this still useful?
The old knowledge is the problem. Bad spelling, strange links and odd phrasing were the tells everyone learned, and they have stopped working. This is about what replaces them.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Nothing here asks you to install anything or detect a fake. The whole defense is a habit and a conversation.
What do I get, and how?

Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads are final sale. Once the file has been delivered there’s no way to return it, and this is a small business protecting work that took thousands of hours to make. If your download doesn’t arrive, or the file won’t open, reply to your receipt and we’ll sort it out. And if you read the whole thing and think it was worthless, write and tell us. That sits outside our policy and we don’t make a habit of it, but we’re not going to argue with you about a PDF.
