No, and Part Four is written for exactly that. It tells you what to do today, in what order, whether you have sent money, sent photographs you regret, or are being threatened.

Will this make dating feel paranoid?

It shouldn’t, and that is the point of running the same routine with everybody. A routine costs nothing with an honest person, so you never have to make an accusation about anyone in particular.
