Before you buy

Questions

Why on paper?

Because everything you can reach from anywhere, someone else can reach from anywhere. For most information that trade is worth making. For this handful it isn’t. If these are taken, the damage is immediate and no password change undoes it.

Can I fill it in on my computer and print it?

We’d rather you didn’t, and the guide explains why on page five. A typed version exists in more places than you intend: the file, your Downloads folder, the cloud backup, and whatever version history the app is quietly keeping.

Do I need the Workbook too?

They’re built as a pair. The Workbook says which bank. The Record says which account. You can buy either one alone, and each is better with the other.

Where am I supposed to keep it?

A fireproof safe, a safe deposit box, or another protected place. The guide walks through the trade-offs of each one so you can choose and be done deciding.

Can I get a refund?

Digital downloads are final sale. Once the file has been delivered there’s no way to return it, and this is a small business protecting work that took thousands of hours to make. If your download doesn’t arrive, or the file won’t open, reply to your receipt and we’ll sort it out. And if you read the whole thing and think it was worthless, write and tell us. That sits outside our policy and we don’t make a habit of it, but we’re not going to argue with you about a PDF.
